On one computer, where Vital keeps wanting to download every time its activated, it completely crashes every time a preset is selected from the preset browser. However, with the other computers with Vital installed, this does not happen.
What’s going on with this? I’ve tried activating with the computer offline, makes no difference . . . but only on this one computer. Help . . . any ideas?
