the presets are empty can any one help me please I’m using Mac Catalina/ Logic Pro x

I’m having the same problem. Also on Catalina w/ Logic Pro X and Ableton. Any luck?

Good to see that I’m not the only one.

I had a mac bug that would not install presets on logging in.
The most recent build (1.0.3) has that fixed and you can get it at https://account.vital.audio

If that still doesn’t work can you try launching the standalone version first?
