Hi there - Just registered a new account, but get the error “There was an error loading account info” whenever I try to login. Is there an issue with the website currently?

Is it possible some ad blocker is causing an issue?
If you know how to open your web console on your browser does it show any errors?
Hi there - thanks for your response. In the end I logged-in and downloaded via my mac, and then transfered the .exe via onedrive. All good. Now to try out the synth
