i cant open the installation file, for the free softwear. I have tried to download it again. But still now working. what could i be doing wrong?
Try running as admin if on PC. Windows sometimes tries to prevent downloaded executables from running. If this is the case, click “Run anyway” (you might need to click on “More Info”.

but in more info i could unblock it !
