Can not sign in with "An internal error has occurred"

Same problem.
Ableton 10, MacOS, Plus version.

Same for me free version Mac El Capitan 10.11.6 crashes after i log in. Won’t open a window in Ableton 10. Will let me use standalone version without logging in though.

I don’t support Mac 10.11 and older. These other issues are more internet/firewall related.

Same error here. Cannot log in since “An internal error has occurred” appears. Mexico City.

there are offline packs on the account page. download it(very fast!) and now i can directly load that pack in vital without loggin. Thank you so much Tytel

Found a Solution that worked for me. Disable Firewall before logging into Vital or before downloading any packs.

same issue here, ableton 10, wnidows 10, no vpn as based in the USA, simply refuses to log in in Ableton

Same here from China still having this error “An internal error has occurred” with current version.1.0.7 on FL 20. Is there any possible solution out now?

I have the same problem and have u figured out how to fix that problem?

i also cant login in and i need the free presets can someone send me the presets pls

Just installed on a new machine, having the same problem. No VPN, no firewall other than Windows’ own. Tried with the standalone and plugin, both fail.

I could dl sub and plus packs from the website, but can’t dl the default free content as it’s not available for download on vital.audio.

You don’t see the factory content at the bottom ?

Hey thanks! Didn’t realize it’s there and not in the preset store!

It emerged that somehow I had ended up with 1.0.7 installer. Updating to 1.5.5 solved this issue for me.
