on macos Catalina, downloaded, installed with no problems, also logged in with no problems but totaly no content, no waveforms, no presets :).
Got a plus version. Running standalone and in ableton

Iā€™m experiencing the same ā€œinternal errorā€ issue on macOS 11.0.1. I tried every combination of standalone / vst2 / vst3 and vpn on / vpn off, but still couldnā€™t fix the issue.

Hey, may I ask when can I download the sign-in-free version of vital? Will I receive a notification when the new version has been uploaded?(Iā€™m in China and I donā€™t have VPN on my PC,so I canā€™t sign in to it. But everytime i load vital in my DAW, it asks me to sign in, this is tiring)

Had this same bug - password on site wouldnā€™t let me log into vst on daw

Per who prev stated it, installing and signing onto the standalone version (which then ran the preset download/install) without my daw open seemed to work, opened up Ableton11 Beta (Windows 10 64bit) and after opening vital it syncā€™d right up (standalone was closed out before daw launch)

Hope this helps those going thru a similar bug
